In Year 4 we have been doing lots of exciting things. It has been so good that even the Canadian Geese wanted to join in! As photographed by Oscar.
We have been busy in PE creating our own dances to a selection of water based songs.
In Geography we have looked at the Water Cycle and today we shared our models with the Year 3 children. It was interesting because they had just made Anderson Shelters, just like we did last year.
Please ask us to show you the water cycle song! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KM-59ljA4Bs
In History we have been continuing with the Ancient Egyptians and will soon be debuting our films about Howard Carter's Discovery on here. We have included one to show today, we hope that you like it.
In Maths we explored perimeter and now we are mastering DECIMALS! Turns out, we are amazing at them, we can order them, say them, record them, find the equivalent fraction, partition them, regroup them and next week we will be looking decimals in money.
In Literacy we are nearly finished our masterpieces and hope to be sharing them on the blog soon.
